Going all out this year, and still no time to rest. SAT last saturday was easy… Cohesion on Monday was damn fun! capture the flag and dragging people out was crazy!!! got bashed down in the face though, kinda bruised but not that noticeable.

need to drop my weight down to 73kg=160lbs
currently started off at 79.8kg
now im 76.4kg on the 2nd day of my increased training and strict diet.

5km in 22-24min in the morning, 5 different types of situps, 5min of bridge, 80 push ups.
1 orange for breakfast, lunch = no carbs, no oils, a small amount of protein, water, 2 apples, dinner = salad with carrots and lemon.
another 5km in 22-24min 2hours after dinner, 40 push ups, 40 full sit ups, 2 min bridge, run one more 1km.

*hydrate like crazy 

in a few hours test i’ll be taking my Airforce Test. Five Hours Long. extremely excited! been waiting forever for this :] all the effort and time is finally paying off, just to create this one and only first and last chance!
